Mercenaries 2 Co-op LAN Server

1. Start mercs2server.exe on the hosting player's machine.
2. Copy MLoader.exe to game directory.
3. Start the game by running the supplied loader and specifying the hosting
player's IP. IMPORTANT: Use the same IP on both ends!(no 127.0.0.1)
4. Login with any username (no spaces in name), no password.
(Edit your mercs2.ini if you must change your login name.)
On the host, the game should start.
5. On the guest, click "Quick Match". The host's username should come up.
6. Click Join.
You should now be connected.
If your game claims that it can't connect to the EA servers, this means you
that the loader wasn't used or didn't work right. Also, try disabling any
firewall software on both computers.
If you want to play over the internet, use Hamachi (http://hamachi.cc/), or
an alternative VPN solution. Be sure to specify the Hamachi IP in the loader.
This server emulator is Alpha quality. If something breaks, review any
pertinent comments on teknogods.com, then email me as a last resort.
Include all log files and a detailed description of problem and
how to reproduce it. The log files get wiped clean every time the server is
