PLEASE HELP ME!!! Server problem 2.7.3.7

Hi all,

when i start my teknomw3 2.7.3.7 server i show and join the server (LAN) but my friend show the server but can't to play. The error is "impossible to connect to host".

I opened ports 27014 27015 27016 27017 8766
and ftp (21).

just search around for the ip problem. the link shouldn't have anything to do with the problem.
