[Problem]When I edit a class is not saved

Postby Killer1991 » Thu Aug 11, 2016 11:06 pm

Hi I have a problem, as it says in the title of this thread when I edit or create a class is not saved

At first if it is saved and I can play with the changes I make. but the problem is when close the game and back open, the changes I've made disappear, not saved and again as they were before

I tried to get the reading mode to teknogods.ini but had already turned off and do not think the problem is there.

ps : Sorry if my English is bad

Thanks

dont remember where custom classes are stored but you could try disabling read-only from the whole mw3 folder.
Now we fight like men! And ladies! And ladies who dress like men!

That is an odd issue. Changing the file permissions to read only is not a solution, because the game needs to be able to write to those files to save your progress (as you earn XP, unlocks etc); if it can't, it'll throw errors at you and exit.

Try the following:
download a clean version of the game from Steam (put it in a different location than your current installation of TeknoMW3, for example C:\TeknoMW3), then download the 1.4.382 patch (preferably a different archive than the one you used last time); finally, reinstall the TeknoMW3 patch. Be sure to use the official files.

I've fixed it !. I leave the solution in case someone else happens the same.

1- Go to the game folder
2- Right click on the "dw" folder and go to Properties
3- Disable the option "Read Mode"
4- Click on OK

Thank you anyway.
