Client "Unable to connect to host"

Hi guyz
when I try to connect to a server, after waiting a bit, I get an error message "Unable to connect to host" and I can not solve it.
Could someone help me?

That is the server's issue, not yours.

It gets usually solved by restarting the server or changing the map

Then the server has only unblocked their query port ( Required to get server info in the server list ) and not the game port itself ( Required for establishing a connection to the server )
