As for the problem itself: it is quite likely that you're using the old, unstable TeknoMW3 launcher which had such issues. Use the official files - the launcher in that package has been tested and works fine: viewtopic.php?f=58&t=37783 Otherwise, if this error occurs when you start the game using the launcher, it means your game files are corrupt. Verify them with Steam and reinstall TeknoMW3.
