[Question] How do I add spaces to my name title?

Hello,
I wanted to know if there's a way to insert space in the title, since if you insert them the game crashes with "iw5mp.exe has stopped working".
I also tried to use MW3 Custom Title Trainer, this one:

But when I restart the game it doesn't save anything.
Is there anything I can do?

Spaces in title are broken.
Nothing you can do at the moment, except memedit the title each time you start the game.
